A rounded blend of warming spice with the character of our rum underneath. A gentle kick on the finish.

How to drink it

• Sip neat or pour over ice.
• Top with ginger ale for an easy long drink.
• Mix with cloudy lemonade and add a slice of orange.

What makes it different

We start with molasses, ferment and distil our own rum in Leicestershire, then infuse it with spice. The base is our award-winning Silver Rum, not an imported spirit. Blended and bottled by hand in small batches.
